Ivan from Amsterdam booked two days with me here at the studio. He wanted to begin his arm with The Virgen De Guadalupe to pay tribute to his Roman-Catholic religion. With a nationality background from Croatia, he wanted to put a chicano twist on things.
Thanks to Ivan and his fiance Celine, for coming down from Holland to get this piece started. The best of luck to the both of you on your new journey.
Today I shot through the Bella Vista section of Santa Ana to get some pictures of this mural. Only a 5 minute drive from the shop, right on the corner of Jerome Park.
