I recently drove up the street to see this mural get renovated by the school student group over from Chapman University. Typically a long-term task that requires a lot of work and effort, here’s an inside look at their process.
Another warm day in sunny, Southern California and one particular student is driven by this assignment.
The long-lasting chicano scenery in the neighborhood of Cypress Street in Olde Town Orange. All done in acrylic paint, back in the day by barrio resident, Emigdio Vasquez. Now his son Higgy, is personally restoring his vintage street panoramas.
The entire apartment complex painted with outstanding mexican scenery, all portraying generations of progress.
